• I was a secretary of saving and Credit Association of workers of Bako Agricultural research centre for the period (May 2000 to May 2002) and Chairman from December, 2003 to October, 2004. In addition, starting from July 2006 to October 2009 Chairman.
• I was team leader of business processes reengineering of crops research core process Team at Oromia Agricultural Research Institute and Implementation team of business processes reengineering at Bako Agricultural Research Center
• Rich experience in group work and research coordination
