Project Summary:

The International Legume Database of Nodulation (ILDON) is a not-for-profit initiative set up in September 2012 to create and maintain an authoritative database of information about Legume nodulation.

The resource is intended to be made available freely over the internet as a web publication.

The simple mission of the publishers is to keep the publication current with a modern nomenclatural treatment of the Leguminoseae and with the latest accurate information about nodulation characteristics of Legume genera and species. A further intention is to link the records for genera and species to other relevant web-based Legume publications, including the ILDIS Legumes of the World database and Legumes of the World On-line (LOWO), which is managed by the Royal Botanic Gardens at Kew.
We hope this resource will of interest to agronomists, systematists and other scientists interested in Legume nodulation. If you have any comments about the content or how we might improve the usefulness of the site, we welcome your comments. Please contact us at editor@ildon.org.
